The last photo we took before it began to rain.  We also had to check out of our room & wait until we could be transported to the ship.  We did a lot of waiting at the hotel.

Thanks for the photos, Jane.

Factoid: Marc Kudisch and Kristin Chenoweth were engaged at one time.

Some lucky people - especially in the north - may be able to see some beautiful Northern Lights again this evening.....if you want to stay up that late.....and you have clear skies.

Clear skies?  In Washington State?  In January?

I heard you were a stage door regular at the original production, waiting for William Norris!

DR Jane, and anyone else interested in Lisa Gardner's book CATCH ME.

Check out this awesome book trailer. Love it!

http://www.wovenmyst.com/2012/01/24/book-trailer-catch-me-by-lisa-gardner/

It is rather good for a book trailer.  Usually they are so fast & wordy I miss most of it.

I may have already posted this web link, but I am on drugs, so I am not responsible for my actions.

This friend of mine sent me this link about how to know which foods are still safe to eat and which others should be tossed.  It is very interesting.

Well, a black cloud that has been hanging over my head for the past week has now been lifted.  Last week I received a letter from the financial institution that handles my retirement funds.  They just wanted to let me know that they had received the request and they would issue the payment on.................... March 2, 2012.

I literally had a meltdown over this letter.  I had been led to believe that I would have my money no later than the end of January.  This date was over a month later.  So after a week of phone calls, faxes, and near hysteria I have now been approved for my hardship request, and I should have the first portion of my money by the middle of next week.

Could anything else go wrong?

I used to consider myself a movie fan, but realized I haven't seen any of the nominated Best Picture nominees.

Does anyone watch MIKE & MOLLY?  After watching a couple of episodes this season we ordered Season 1 from NetFlix.  We are enjoying the show very much.  At first we didn't even realize Molly was the same actress from Bridesmaid, and I'm glad we didn't realize it.  Molly is such a likable person.

I know the feeling.  We saw HUGO while we were in Palm Springs.  I wanted to see THE ARTIST when we returned home but it was gone from the theaters.

The only nominated actor I've seen is Melissa McCarthy.
