TCB, your wit is missed on these pages -- and so are you. Get back soon. Healthier, sounder, but soon.

A question for Danise and MBarnum:

Are you adjusting any better to your sleep masks?

I am doing well with my mask. My insurance covers a new mask every three months, so last week I checked out and bought this nasal pillow mask:

I haven't tried it out yet.

I have that exact mask but I found that it was too loose no matter how I tried to work with it.  I use the Swift Mask For Her because it's made for a woman's face.  It is similar to this one with the nose pillows vs the whole face mask.  I just can't seem to get enough air with the whole face.

Of course I also have to use my bit ( mouth guard) because I grind my teeth at night as well.

I found out that my brother-in-law is a "birther."

I am horrified, though not surpised.

When it comes to politics, my beloved brother Randy and I are poles apart. It's not easy to deal with some times, and I expect it will be tense by November.

I'm up, I'm up.  Trying to get Galligan on the phone so I can get this damn ALW thing done.  I have to do any fixes at seven then get this damn thing off to mastering.

If you can't reach him, try Ginger or Mary Ann. Maybe they  can help.

Call The Professor...he can fix anything!

I just received four, count 'em FOUR CDs today!  Fortunately, I actually ordered them, so it's a good thing.  Anyway, I just received from Dresscircle.co.uk, the new Sweeney Todd with Michael Ball and Imelda Staunton,...

Well, I'm listening to Sweeney Todd right now and for the most part, I like Michael Ball and Imelda Staunton.  HOWEVER, they didn't include "Green Finch and Linnet Bird" and the guy playing Anthony is a breathy singer. :P

There's also a bit of whisper/talking...they are definitely performing for the microphones.  And like something else that BK mentioned, the singers are very far forward in the mix.  The "orchestra" is hard to hear at times.  It's very much like a Teeny Todd.

How did you like the ootleg-bay?

Oved-lay it!!  I will definitely listen to that again after this. ;D

I know it's more complete than the ew recording, but is it better?

I just learned that Josh Dallas, the Prince in the series ONCE UPON A TIME, has a musical theatre past: in London, he played Gaby in thEnglish National Opera production of ON THE  TOWN and Tony, the title role in THE BOY FRIEND.

Actually, I just realized that I forgot to bring the complete recording here to work, so I'll check when I get home and compare.  I thought that I had it with me, but I don't.  I hate it when that happens.

I should have asked you to send Keith here -- I just finished planting two shrubs. Digging in hard desert soil is no fun!

Keith works out every day and is strong. ;)

DR ELMORE the Dream O Matic 6000 says that your dream indicates that you think the ending of each project is like an ending of a part of your life...and that your work is your life and breath to you.

You amaze me, DR JRand61!

No line at the post office; I was shipped, paid for, and out of there in 10 minutes. I may have to lie down from the shock.
Does anybody use the post office except at Christmas?

I'm one who felt the birth certificate should have been obtained at the beginning of the accusations.  Now that he has delivered the full proof it is time for these people to give it up.  You are referring to the definition pertaining to Obama, yes?

This is the first time I have read about the dogs of the Titanic:

Notice, the ship cat took her kittens off the ship before it left port.  Cats Rule.

I don't know about the U.S. but in the U.K. today is a holiday. Holidays in Europe are lengthy and this one has been going on since Thursday afternoon.

What is the holiday?

Easter Monday. I believe it's a public holiday in most countries.

It was a holiday from school when I was growing up.  Now it's just another day.

One of my interviewees is also a "birther" and, I suspect, a "Tea Partier." He is also one of my Facebook friends and his posts lately are driving me up a wall.

I find different views interesting.  It is the constant barrage of views, if I agree or not, annoying and I don't need 10 posts in a row.  Most of the snippets don't tell the full story anyway.  An example is the beautiful photo going around of two parents shopping with their backs to each other & the black baby & the white baby reaching out to each other.  It is a beautiful sentiment until used to intimidate that if you don't like Obama you are prejudice.  I know it is a simple thing but I found it offensive.  Many of my friends must have felt the same as they only used the photo without the comments.

I have removed a few individual posts so I didn't have to see them.  Mostly I just quickly scroll through.  I've only removed casual FB friends if all they did was share junk without any personal interaction.
