TOD: Beurre Blanc, the simplest, most heavenly mix of butter, white wine, shallots and lemon juice. Pour it over anything, from seafood, veal and pork to vegetables, bread, potatoes. Maybe it's just the butter part I like.

Good morning, all! I slept late and now I am moving about. The laundry is in the washers, and it's about time tomove it to the dryers. Around 10, I'll call Joshie to hear how the recording went, and see if we can get a workable schedule on these orchestra parts.

I have very few plans today, so i'm going to go with the day; I may go to the NYPL and work on EILEEN notes, but it depends on the weather; it's going to be a wet day.
