I was going to post more mean comments about DR MBarnum, but he's gone away.

When has that ever stopped you?

Be careful or he'll make mean posts about you. Wait...

Never mind.

I'm an old Episcopalian (I'd say Jew but I'm not). I don't do 9:30 on a school night. I barely do 9:30 on a week-end night. Sorry.

Probably to see "Magic Mike."

It hasn't released here, yet. But I got my tickets in advance.

DR JRand and I will be in NYC next year, for sure. JRand is getting his social security and footing the  bill, I believe he said...or I might be wrong.

Dinner in one hour. I think I'll just mosey on over to Times Square and look around.

Reading the storyline and what happens at the end sequal contradicts what happens at the begiinging of the original  musical. I saw leave enough alone.

Is there a big HHW shindig in New York next year?

Not that I know of. I know Priscilla is coming to town at some point but unless you all want to come to New York in 2013 to celebrate my 60th birthday, there is nothing planned that I know of.

Much as I suspect DR MBarnum is eager to have the doctor's assistant take his temperature, I know that never having a colonoscopy is what killed my dad and I won't let it kill me. I suspect DRMBarnum, or another of my critics, will murder me before any cancer takes a hold.

The library detail went well on Tuesday. It was a quiet day and I ended up using Remote Desktop to do some of my regular work since there were not a lot of patrons needing assistance.

I'm glad it went well.

Trust me, once I am out of this chair, I will be there.  Well, New York is such a walking town, I will have to get my stamina built up first.

DR CILLA LIZ - whew!  Shocking!!  Thanks for the link to the story with the details!

DR JMK - stitch me one of them samplers, please.
CillaLiz, that was a horrific story. I  think I'd prefer to sleep through it.

So would I.  I was happy enough to sleep through the house burning down next door (in Michigan).  We weren't happy that the, then, youngish boys did not wake us.

until the last correction finally stated that the original article had been in error and Chief Joseph wasn't the actual body buried in the grave.

Forgive my ignorance, but what purpose is there for the i-pad?   I mean, it isn't a phone and it isn't a laptop, is it?

Keith loves his iPad and so do I.  He connects to the internet, reads books & articles, takes photos with it, emails and I don't know what else.

DR JRand61, what a horror story! When DR Ginny was in LOOK HOMEWARD, ANGEL, we had a nursing home audience for the dress rehearsal. About 10:45, just before the Big Final Scene, they started dragging the old folks back to the bus. One old man fell, so during the Big Final Scene, we all had to listen to cries of "Help Me! Heeeeelp Meeee!"  Makes you believe in euthanasia.

They should not have been walking the people out while the lights were still turned down.  Someone didn't plan the outing very well.

I procrastinated on my first, and was happy and relieved to pass with flying colors.  That kind of thing hasn't run in my family, but it doesn't really matter.  Cheap insurance.  Back again in two years.
