I've been sending large files using DropBox and have great success.

Is it just www.dropbox.com?

yes

But you have to set it up on your desktop.  It's really easy

And if I set it up on my desktop, I can send you a link or something and you could download my files?  Would YOU (or anyone I'm sending the files to) have to install Dropbox to get the files?

Okay, so what I have so far is:

1776:  Ben, Elmore, Vixmom

My Fair Lady (audio only):  ChasSmith, Elmore, John G., Ron

Show Boat (1929):  John G.

Show Boat (1951):  John G.

Tony Awards:  ??

I know at least a couple of people wanted the Tony Awards, so let me know if you still want it.

Again, I'm sorry that I goobered.

Isn't there a double disk DVD set coming out of both Show Boats?

I hadn't heard.  That would be cool, if they were.

Fritz - the guy who plays him is on The Newsroom.  Don't know that he'll be a regular, but he's already been in 2 episodes and his character is in a "serious" relationship with one of the main characters

We don't have HBO & now without NetFlix I'm not sure when we will get some of these shows.

You can see the returning cast from THE CLOSER to the spin off MAJOR CRIMES.
http://www.tntdrama.com/title/display/?oid=262562

It won't be the same without Kyra, but still could be very good.

I agree.

Did you talk to your parents before they heard from other family members?

Cilla I hope you sleep well tonight.

I have muscle relaxants and hydrocodone for pain.  I'm thinking I'll sleep fine....it's the waking up that I'm concerned about.

When I saw George taking photos, I actually tried to call them from the accident scene.  I wasn't thinking that you'd have to be his friend on facebook to see them.  Anyway, they weren't home.  I got a hold of them from the emergency room.  So, they heard from me.

LOL, I think you should be concerned about the waking up part.

Can you work while on those meds?  I wouldn't be able to, but then muscle relaxants don't agree with me and hydrocodone makes me throw up.

VIBES THEY AGREE WITH YOU!

A relief I'm sure.

How did he know to show up at the accident?  Were you FB friends before he took the photos?

With the demise of the iDisk (really stupid of Apple to have done that), we're now using Dropbox - it was set up for me very poorly originally and we've been trying to figure it out ever since.  We've spent hours today learning and reorganizing, making new folders so that we're ONLY sharing folders that are relevant, rather than everything that we have in there.  It's complicated, but I think we've actually figured it all out now.

DR Cillaliz, I'm so sorry to hear about your accident and I'm very thankful that you're OK!  Please ask someone to check on you tomorrow.

2 miles down!

You're way ahead of me, DR Danise!  Today I did a mile and a third on the treadmill and 1300 steps on the NuStep.  Tomorrow morning I start a 6-week water aerobics class.

Is anybody here watching Big Brother or BBAD?  I can't believe how much i like BBAD.

Am "glancing" at Big Brother.  Two wrong things there:  Mike "Boogie" and the brother of Russell Hantz (the most-hated player of Survivor EVER).  Willi Hantz talks "big" like Russell, but I'm hoping he'll actually turn out to be a better man.  So far, not much has happened.  Am following via Hamsterwatch.com.

I don't know why but i really like Willie. He does look and sound like Russell. But I"m not judging him by that.  I think it could be interesting with the coaches. Do they leave when their team loses? Janelle was referring to something called Halftime on BBAD. Do the coaches enter the game?  I don't know that i think that is fair. But i am loving the coaches twist.

Or vodka and tonic.
I had a gin and tonic with dinner. Now I want the ice cream.

Vibes for CillaLiz. I hope you get a great night's sleep and enjoy those painkillers. Glad to hear about your brother, too.

I did 2 this morning so it's really 4 miles total for today.  When I get the 3 mile dvd it will be 5 miles a day total.
