Hi everyone one.  The weekend is over and the new week has begun.  Funny how that can always be counted on.

Congrats on the successful Kritzerland show.  One of these days, I should attempt to attend one.  Maybe if it was a Lloyd-Webber evening....

Sunday at the restaurant is kinda crazy I'm finding out.  A lot of kids, which means, a LOT of Disney, which was fine for me I guess.  However, the time flew quite rapidly.  I have another week to work out some more songs to sing, which I don't believe my selections I have are "Landing" well.

The new fridge arrived with the doors still not hinged correctly. However, these guys were ready, the doors were switched on their hinges, the old is removed, and the new installed. I am currently cleaning 33 years of dust and crap that I swept out from behind the old fridge before the new one was moved into place.

This is a great burden off my back and I couldn't be more pleased. I hope the election goes as well tomorrow with my candidate, and I think it's time for impeachment or terminal unemployment for Jon Husted of Ohio and Baldy Scott from Florida, given what they've done to their voters, who will, I hope, remember the crap they've pulled when it comes time for their re-election. They're ascrooked as the man whose election they're trying to fix.

End of soapbox and return to regular programming.

I have the cat dilemma solved for trips where I can take Callie.  I really am not worried about leaving Ricky and Boo with lots of food.  That gets me through the end of the year.  It doesn't solve what to do when I fly somewhere and Callie can't go, but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.

DR Jane, no Callie won't get used to traveling.  I used to take her and Nilla with me when I went to the lake, until Nilla went crazy and I had to put him to sleep. She hates the car and will be upset that she's going, but it's better than being locked in a cube for days.

Oh, I had a friend literally get red in the face when speaking to me about the election today.  She knew I voted in September, so what good does it good to get all upset and red faced about it now?  OH well.

DR ELMORE is your new fridge - Frost Free?  Does it have an electric touch door opener like Julia Meade used advertise on TV?

Julia didn't know someone had unplugged her fridge.....

DR Jane:

I still need an address for where to send postcards.
Or if they're all set on NY and CT, then, as Emily Litella would say..."never mind!"   :)

Oh, and I still wasn't clear on whether they want cards postmarked from each state, or just cards that feature something from each.  If the latter, and we can stick'em all in an envelope, I might have some others I can send.

I loved Julia Meade! I believe it's frost free; there's nothing in the manual about defrosting the fridge, so I hope it is! Alas, no door opener, but don't forget: Julia had state of the art appliances. I just have a plain old GE!

I had to put my dog, Missy, down.

She was with me for almost 17 years.

Very long weekend it seemed.

Glad it's Monday, I get to spend the whole week at home and get things done.

Did see Taken 2, which was good.

Wonderful!

I'm always prepared to clean behind appliances when they are moved.  Cat & dog hair accumulate very quickly.  It would be impossible to wait 33 years.  I find it hard to imagine that frig has been there for 33 years-lol
