Topic of the Day...these are all that I can remember seeing this year:

Brave
Hope Springs
Skyfall

And I enjoyed them all.  I'm very muchly waiting for Les Misérables.

Ah.  When will it be released?

I heard it was Christmas Day but I think that's wrong.

Right.  It's best not to believe everything you hear.

TOD:

I haven't been to too many movies this year. But the only one I have thoroughly enjoyed was "Bernie," a very Texas movie and a hoot. The scenes of Jack Black singing numbers from "Music Man" and "Guys and Dolls" were worth the price of admission alone.

I quite liked BERNIE as well.

I liked BERNIE, too.

I've been lucky enough to be able to get to dance class on Mondays for the last three weeks. What fun. I've really missed it. And the quickstep classes have really been good.

Watching the start of "Ballets Russes," a documentary about the legendary ballet company that Balanchine and Nijinsky choreographed for back in the early 1930s. Amazing footage of the great dancers of the era as well as surprising interviews with many of them who are still teaching dancing today.

I think the boy in the tanktop is Michael Marchak - he appeared in a few other episodes, most notably in Dirty Harry where he plays the guy Dirty Harry is rapping to.
