DR Doug R:  I forgot to ask before, but I was curious about the DVD that idiot buyer complained about.  Which was it, and was it a UK or US edition?

DR ChasSmith: I'm almost embarrassed to say what it was! AMITYVILLE 3D, the UK edition. Now you can understand why I wanted to sell it  ;D

I thought I could never go to the Mac side, but when my Dell hard drive crashed and I lost everything on it save for what I had on my zip discs, after literally stomping it to pieces as soon as the Dell man in India said nothing could be recovered, I did a poll on this here site, got opinions, and took the plunge and have never looked back.  Someone told me that once I made the switch I would never be able to look at a PC without wanting to vomit on the ground - and they were right.  For me, the joys of the Mac are boundless - it's easy, it's friendly, it's intuitive and frankly, pretty cheap for the desktop models.

Well, I'm off.  Capital Playhouse is having a Welcome Reception for their new Managing Director, Lauren.  Lauren used to work at the Washington Center for the Performing Arts and we've been in a couple of shows together.  I'm sure that it'll be a fun little shindig. :D

Until later!

And her mother has been my good friend since high school.

What'll it take to get us to page five, TCB?

It looks like we are there.
