She was adopted the day after they posted her photo on FB.

Seriously I have seen several "older" animals that have been adopted after being on FB.  I truly believe that some of them would not have made it out alive if it wasn't for the exposure on FB

Busy Busy day.  I did manage to run home at lunch time and fix the toilet that decided to break so it wouldn't stop running about midnight last night.  New flapper and new seal in the flushmaster and it's better.  The flapper isn't quite the perfect fit, so I'm going to look for another. BUt I did get if fixes and get back to the office in time for my 1:00 appt.   It was a day of inane questions.  But, whatever.  Had band rehearsal tonight but still managed to watch or review the DVR of t Arias trial.

DR Elmore, thank you for the wonderful gift!  I was delighted to find it in my mailbox today.

You are quite welcome!

We just cast Ben Davis as the leading man for ROBERTA and the Irish portion of the recording is now completed. Ben and Jason Graae will later record further with the American portion of therecording: the seven Collegians, Mrs Teale and her bitchy daughter Sophie, and Billy Boyden.

Is it this Ben Davis?

I think this cross examination is taking forever, but I still think Juan is making lots of good points and his case is going well.

For those tuning in now and them..I really think tomorrow is going to be the big day and the cross ex of the actaul murder.  He will want to make it big and leave the jury to think about it until Monday.  I don't know for sure, but I'll have it on in my office just to keep an eye on it

It's been a long day.  Had a rehearsal for the Chaperone show tonight. Should be fun, and short

I couldn't get through all of That Cold Day in the Park - one can only take so much Robert Altman ART at one time.

That is indeed my friend Ben! He's wonderful in the Branagh film of THE MAGIC FLUTE.

The curse of being sick and sleeping in is that it messes with your sleeping patterns. It's almost 1am and I am wide awake. I'll pay tomorrow morning.

Does Mr. Davis need a dresser for the recording?

So this actress I posted about last night, the one who felt it necessary to tell the world she was taking an indefinite leave from Facebook - something she threatened to do two weeks ago and didn't - has already made a post this evening - clearly not going anywhere.  She completely ignored my post to her, but others "liked" it because I was right - if you say you're leaving, leave.  These constant cries for attention are so silly.

Lord, I wish this congestion and my endless throat hoarseness would go the HELL away - I am so bored of it.  It makes me feel that I'm not quite better and it's been three damn weeks already.  I'm still blowing out mucus, still have phlegm and I have a lot of talking to do on Saturday evening.

It is one thing if it is just hanging on, but if you start getting worse again; then immediately get to a doctor.  They have warned people on the news several times in this area.
