Also in my Blu-ray player:  Argo.  This also just arrived yesterday.  I saw it in the theater last week and think that my dad will love it.  I'm going to give him the DVD out of the Blu-ray/DVD combo pack.

I just went to see it tonight. I'm trying to catch up. Last night, Quartet, and the night before Lincoln. Loved Quartet the best of the three!

That is so odd about the Costcos in the US not serving french fries. I can't imagine not eating fries with my hot dog! What do they serve to go with the hot dogs? Chips?

Are hot dogs the main dish? Maybe you guys have a lot of options. We used to have hamburgers (not sure if they still sell those). We have Pizza (but only 2 kinds). We have smoked meat sandwiches. And sometimes I've seen things like lobster rolls (but i don't think they sell that anymore).

I think Costco should sell lobster rolls.

Some McDonald's in southeastern Connecticut (Mystic), and I'd presume elsewhere up the New England coast, have them in summer months.

I've had them in Maine. Yum! In NY, the Soupman also has very yummy lobster rolls!

What the hell is the ptoblem with Fed Ex?  I wasn't home yesterday when they attempted a delivery so they left a door tag for me to sign releasing the package.  I did exactly that, left it on the front door this morning abd went to Toyland. I just got hime to find the release still on the door, but when I checked Fed Ex tracking, I was told they attempted a delivery today at 12:41 and there was no one here. How could the jerk making the delivery miss the release tag? What the fat hell? 

I hope that the management fires this stupid ass delivery person.

I often run into problems with them, saying they were here but not leaving a tag, etc. It can go on for days. So frustrating!

I got the dearest message today from my Canadian friend Eric:  I spent a really great afternoon visiting my grandma today.  She used to always talk about being in a production of Babes in Toyland as a kid back in the 20s, so I made her a copy of the CD you helped with and sent me and we listened to it all today--I think it meant a lot to her, and she remembered bits of lyrics, which was pretty cool to see.

Waiting on the director's visit now.  Had several packages today, so that was nice.  Listening to music now.  But most fun was receiving this photograph from the director of The Brain From Planet X at Cassadega High School.  This is, I think, the first production since my original production to use a full brain head - and I kind of like it and in certain ways that was my favorite way to have the brain.  Once you begin using known actors, though, you have to kind of let them be seen.  But I always loved our full brain head - it always made me laugh.

I loved the full brain head the best, too. Maybe since I spent time editing the first version, it's still my favorite. (Yet I loved the guys in the gold lamé swim trunks in the NY version!) :-D

Very nice costumes!  The Mommy in me needs to ask this : The kids look a little younger than I expected -  do you have 'Jr" version that is somewhat less "suggestive"?

We'd talked about a junior version but never did it.  I have no doubt that colleges do it as is, and that high schools make a few nips and tucks.
