HAPPY FLAG DAY, EVERYONE!

This is pretty.

I always remember Flag Day because it was also my sister's birthday.

I always remember Flag Day because it's the anniversary of my divorce :)

Very nice photos DR RLP.

DR CILLA LIZ - Venus and Pluto are both active this week and coming off the New Moon last Saturday, I am not surprised everything is in flux.....should calm down, but probably not until Tuesday or Wednesday.

TUESDAY!!! TUESDAY!!! oh great.   Seriously, Tuesday is the day the carpenter is coming, so that's appropriate.

Good afternoon. I spent the morning with my son having breakfast and running errands.

I'm feeling much better tonight.  I know the coon is in the attic and probably won't leave tonight because of the weather, but I do think we're doing everything we can at the moment.  The cats are much calmer since there isn't a wood chuck in a trap under the living room window like there was yesterday.

That sounds like a nice morning, at least the breakfast part.

When I left the garage sale site, we'd made over $1000 and we had 90 minutes to go today and all day tomorrow.  Prices drop to half at noon tomorrow and there are several items for which there will be fierce competition (if they're still there).

Thanks.  I hope to, but since I declared this morning as not on a diet day, I'm thinking a burger, fries and a shake sound really good right now.  May have to run out and get them and come back.

That won't help you sleep tonight, at least it would keep me awake.

I can't begin to imagine what DR Cillaliz is going through.  I'd have to go stay in the Hampton Inn until it's over...

;D  Then who would protect your house from the raccoon?

Someone who could shoot that sucker.  I'm an animal grinch, remember?

Can't shoot the sucker in the city limits.   I did tell the 911 operator that I wouldn't feel bad if the police dog caught it last night.  She just laughed, don't think she passed that on to the officers

It's the 24th anniversary, but who's counting

Exactly 15 years ago TODAY I bought my (still owned) 1998 Ford Escort.

I still need to renew the tabs AND get new license plates...and soon!

Today my sister would have been 69.  It is sad I went from her adoring little sister to being relieved when she was gone.  I like to remember her like this, before the abuse towards me was the norm and she was more often than not a wonderful big sister.

My beautiful sister when she was seventeen.
