First and foremost, thanks to all of the lovely folks who welcomed me here today (as well as last evening, during my late night debut). As for serenading you here now and then, I may have to look into some discussion board serenade software first.

TOD: My Kander and Ebb memory is a little unclear, per the earliest stuff. I'm sure I was well aware of CABARET, at least via the audio, and maybe the film first. But my first live performance of K&E was, I believe, the pre-Broadway tryout of CHICAGO in my home town of Philly. I know I saw Chita and Gwen, so it had to be pre-Bway. I was blown away by the style, the music, the down low grit, and the humor of it all.
Years later, I got to play Billy up in Telluride, CO, at 9,000 feet altitude. "Reach for the Gun" is quite the challenge with no oxygen.
