Good morning, all! Payback for a good night's sleep two nights ago was a restless and sleepless night last night.

There is always payback, at least in my personal experience.

Mike, I'm sorry to hear about all the recent deaths of people you're a fan of.

So am I.

I'm sorry that I was E & T yesterday, but we had a medical emergency here; and when that was over, I was plum wore out.  I had hoped to be peach wore out or possibly grape wore out, but that just didn't happen.

~~~No More Emergencies Vibes for DR TCB!!~~~
DR John G. - if there had been food samples, I'll bet you would have sold even more!
(A pain in the butt to organize, though...)
It was in front of a private work cafeteria. Amazing place.
Hope you warm up fast, Jennifer.
It was around mid to high 40s. Sort of sunny which was good. I was wearing a long sleeved t-shirt, a thin long sleeved shirt on top of that, and a sweater on top of that. :(
I like to dress in layers so i can take the top one off when I get warmed up. Unfortunately the top layer did not come off. But it wasn't too bad. I think tomorrow I will wear tights under my leggings though.
I'm kind of E&T today, mostly for the digging of two five-foot-long trenches eighteen inches deep, which in Connecticut is no laughing matter.  The trenches are for the electrical lines and the gas lines that will go to the generator.  Most of the hardest work is done now.  I think.  I hope.  I pray.
And now I must get me ready to go see MERRILY WE ROLL ALONG.
I have dug no trenches today, but I did a few trenches.  I had some chicken corn chowder (a cup) and a ham and Swiss for lunch, then the bit of pumpkin bundt cake left over from last night.  No jog today and I'll probably leave in about ninety minutes and try a new route.
So, at 5:00 I called a local deli and ordered dinner. At 5:45 the delivery arrived, only it wasn't my order. I'm now waiting for the correct one to arrive and turn over the wrong one.
Then, I called the corner bodega and ordered some milk and other items. The milk and the cola were correct but nothing else was. What the fat hell is going on tonight?
Becky and I had a nice lunch at Bravo and then did a little shopping.  I did a major grocery shopping on my way home and still forgot the fresh mushrooms that I need to top the oven stroganoff I'm making for tomorrow's dinner.
