Vibes to Elmore and Jeanne. I hope you both feel better soon.

Thank you for the vibes for my friend and her husband. It sounds like they are having some trouble getting him stabilized.

VIBES HE IS SOON STABILIZED!!!

And more vibes.

Back from making chili with folks from church. A couple of bottles of red zinfandel were consumed.

At 6:00 I heard the temps are going to plummet again. So while it was still a balmy 20 some degrees, I made one last trip out and filled the car with gas and picked up a couple things I forgot yesterday.  Now, I think I'm in until Monday morning.

So, there's to be a new 4 Girls 4 tour with Maureen McGovern, Donna McKechnie, Faith Prince and Andrea McArdle. Might just have to see that if it comes anywhere near.

DR JRand63 (and I'm not sure who else)--you may not want to read this:

I saw Outside Mullingar with Bryan F. O'Byrne, Peter Maloney, Dearbhla Molloy and...........Debra Messing.   And I really loved it.  I thought Ms. Messing used a very convincing Irish accent and was great as was the entire cast.

Ricky and Boo have been at each other a lot lately.  It's mostly play, but it helps when I'm home.  Last night Boo was practically glued to my lap. Tonight it's Ricky.  They'll be fine tomorrow...

Actually being with them makes me happy

George - sounds scary, but so glad it all worked out so fabulously

Thanks, Fred!  Today's show was practically flawless.  We've been running just about an hour and a half, but the director expects it to be about 10 minutes faster.  They need to pick up the pace.  It doesn't feel like it's dragging, to me.

Oh...it's snowing in the area!!  After today's show, I went to work for a few hours and while I was there (unbeknownst to me), it started snowing!  It looks like a couple of inches, too. :)

Good morning, all.

Travel vibes for KevinH.

Great news, George, on averting sound board disaster.

Thanks, John G.!

Is anybody going to see Romeo and Juliet at the theaters next weekend? The film version of the Orlando Bloom production?

I didn't know about it.  But looking it up, the only performance in the area is on a "Pooh" performance day, so I can't go.

From DakotaCelt yesterday:

And Vixmom:

And John G.:

Another dose.

Thanks, Dakota and Vixmom and John G.!  I almost had a heart attack last night, though.  I turned on the computer and started the sound board program, but all the links to the audio files within the program weren't pointing to the right place!  I couldn't figure out what happened.  THERE WAS NO SOUND!!  Gabe, the stage manager poked around and realized that the links were pointing to a main folder, but all the tracks were in a sub-folder.  And for some reason, the program wouldn't let us relink to the sub-folder.  So Gabe just copied all the tracks from the sub-folder and pasted them into the main folder and it all worked.  Whew...disaster averted!! :D

Thanks good disaster was averted!

Thanks, Jane!

I love skating but I don't watch it anymore.  I used to record it and watch while Keith was travelling for work or while I was on the treadmill.  Keith doesn't travel without me anymore and we no longer have a treadmill.

You should watch it. It's really great!

Btw are you guys annoyed with NBC yet? I noticed they were not showing any events today live. And the figure skating that was on this morning is only on late tonight? How do they get away with showing things this way?

They have the exclusive US contracts, so they can do whatever they darn well please.

Hello, everyone.

I'm concluding week 3 of the shingles. My doctor is very pleased with my improvement, but I can't say I feel any better yet. It's still uncomfortable to move around, so it's couch potato time for me.

While apropos to the TOD, I got off of the stairmaster early as I did not want to watch the various ways to cook, serve, and eat dead cow.  The travel channel was highlight a rather large steakhouse, or surf & Turf place, where it was I haven't a clue.

Dead cow is one of my favorite things to eat.Especially with  dead mushrooms and dead onions sauteed in murdered and fermented grapes
