LAYING THE CARDS ON THE TABLE

Well, you've read the notes, the notes laid the notes on the table, and now it is time for you to post until the card-playing cows come home.

Wow, David. Oral surgery and jawbone removal! I hope you don't have to walk the dog much in your condition and also in the weather. My family said it's pretty awful there right now.

Great to find out more about bk's new book. Can't wait to give it a read! Sounds like the creative process was quite rewarding.

Last weekend of rehearsals for our production of the one-act I NEVER MISS A LARRY KRAMER MUSICAL (a parody chat with "Bette Midler") - our tech and first performance are on Tuesday Feb. 25.  Where did the time go?

Trying to post our postcard image, which is here at this like, but having trouble - and rehearsals have truly been a blast, in all good ways:

Morning, all!

Happy birthday, DR Matthew!

Recovery vibes, Singdaw!

I don't know if anyone here is or was into the NYC cabaret scene, but I just found out the sad news that Erv Raible, who owned and/or booked talent at many of the legendary piano bars here, just passed away. I hadn't seen him for many years, and apparently he had been sick for a while, but it's a sad day for me.

And an extra large helping of congrats to BK on RED GOLD.

It's great hearing about it at last, and the blurb is wonderful.  Count me in on being along for the ride.

Very excited to read the title and details of the book.  What is even more exciting is that it is NOT a dystopian book about young people....that trend will soon hopefully bite the dust for a decade or so.
