FOR ALL YOU MOTHERS OUT THERE IN THE DARK
« on: May 11, 2014, 01:57:06 AM »

Well, you've read the notes, the notes spoke of mothers, and now it is time for you to post until the cows come home - they're currently celebrating MOOther's Day.

At 3:30am I woke up, and i could not get back to sleep. At 5:30 I figured, to hell with it and got out of bed.  In about another hour, I shall jump onto a bus and head for Toyland. I need to scan some music for the singers of these Trinity Church concerts, and Rob Berman is coming by at noon to print some music from OH, BOY!  I'd like t have my scans finished by the time he gets there.

I have no other plans for today, but I'd like to be home by 3:00. I think at some point around then I will need a nap.

Sorry I did not have time to stop by yesterday; busy day. But I'm all caught up.

Then on the road, heading down to southern MN for a visit with my mother-in-law.
A visit tomorrow with relatives on the DH's side of the family.

Recalling a nice way of describing a 3-1/2 hour show:  It's two hours and 90 minutes.

I would have liked to go to that concert last night, BK.  Sounds like there were a lot of good performances.  I think it's the only time Jason Gould has performed other than with his mother.

Greetings from Toyland!

It was crap getting down here this morning. The MTA figures too few ride the buses on Sunday mornings to make a schedule more accommodating. Fuckem.

SUNDAY TRIVIA

I have posted this one before and it is one of my favorites. So if you know the answer from the previous time please allow someone to answer it.

This playwright wrote three plays that were produced on Broadway. One in the 60's, one in the 70's and one in the 80's. Each played one performance.

The play in the 80's also is notable for something else in Broadway history.

Name the playwright, the plays and what it is notable for.

I am watching A HOLE IN THE HEAD on MGM HD and it will be followed by IRMA LA DOUCE which I know is not the musical.....and Shirley MacLaine is really annoying - at least in the few scenes I have watched before - maybe I will make it through it all this time.
