I didn't fall down OR catch on fire.....or stumble over my words.....so it was a success!I doubt that I could say that. The end of the ceremony.....Molly and Me arriving at the venue.
It is a mighty fine autumnal day here in the midwest.Cool, with clear blue skies and sunlight spotlighting the golden leaves.
I think most impressive is that the bride didn't trip on all those stairs.

I'll bet they are having a yummy turkey dinner!I'm confused. I thought officially your holiday is tomorrow yet all over FB people are saying Happy Thanksgiving and now you think neighbors are celebrating.

Pretty much everybody I know has their turkey meal today, including I guess all my neighbors.
I will always have this one.
I am going to be afraid to answer any calls from LA. I just got off with the second call in the last several days regarding a cancer diagnosis.

I work from home tomorrow with time off for a funeral in the morning. It's for an old friend from church. He had dementia and recently suffered a bad fall in which he broke his neck, which he somehow lived with for several weeks.

It is nice. You also don't have Thanksgiving followed by the biggest shopping day of the year. It has to be easier celebrating when you don't have to do all the work on the same day & you can relax on the day off.
