Back from a sandwich and no fries or onion rings.  I'm so tired I can't even see straight.  I may just go back to bed right now.
.

It is hard to function on very little sleep, sadly I am very familiar with this difficulty.  It is even worse when it happens many days in a row.  Knowing you I am sure you will make up for the lost sleep.

Thank you, all. Now, if I can survive one more day at the office ... (Not that there's anything wrong at the office, it's just that I'm really mentally already in Maui.)

Took the night off from dancing to pack. Let's see if I actually do that.

Miley Cyrus strikes again.  What a horrifying young woman she is and I really don't need to see her disgusting grooming habits in the lower area - what a role model for young people this cretin is.  Shame on her.  Someone sent me a NY Times article the other day saying that thongs were on their way out and that normal underpants had finally become hip again and were making a strong comeback.  That was music to my ears and now if we can just get this disgusting preponderance of people and their grooming habits in which they do everything possible to look like a pre-pubescent child, that will be music to my ears.  I has spoken.

I know Pogue agrees with me wholeheartedly on the grooming issue - we've been ranting about it for a decade now.

Who here knew that the wonderful Elizabeth Moss, Peggy on Mad Men, played Baby June in the Bette Midler TV version of Gypsy?  Not me.  I've got to go find the DVD now.

I wonder if the player is connected.

Well, it should be, and if not, it damned well will be forthwith.  I still have a couple of dozen tapes to go through...

That would make sitting through part of that version almost bearable.

Starting a Jack Lemmon comedy called Good Neighbor Sam. There are jokes about a duck. I don't know how long I can watch this.

Dorothy Provine and Romy Schneider are along for the ride.
