But the position only pays $150,000 per year.

If I knew anything about ethnic folk music I might apply!

It's still gray here. And kind of misty.

Still no customers, either.

Although 1:30-3:00 is reserved for homeless walk-ins, so there's still a chance.

USA a Today has a story on the fire Fred mentioned. Scary stuff. (I'd post a link but I can't do that cut-and-paste stuff on the phone.

Over an hour on the phone with Time Warner.  No outage according to them - BUT - could not get on the Internet from about eight this morning (I got five hours of sleep then two more).  He had me do everything you can do and still nothing.  We plugged directly into the computer, still nothing.  I am convinced as I always am they had an outage and just will not admit it.  My guy was very nice, but c'mon.  Just before he was going to make me an appointment, he reset the modem for the fourth time, had me unplug my router, plug it in and magically the Internet was back.  Outage.

I believe I've lost my lunch window, which is really irritating.  I have some salami and cheese here, so I'll just have a snack and then eat after rehearsal, I guess.  So, nothing to do but jog right now.

Well she needs that firewood.  Winter's coming on and soon the temperatures in Arizona will drop to 70 degrees.

I am so glad that DR FJL and his ever lovin' Skip are unharmed, and that the fire was not any more catastrophic than it appears to have been.

Ditto and Ditto!!
