I returned to my Thai torture sessions today. This was the first one since the surgeries. It wasn't quite as bad, which isn't saying much, but the recovery afterwards was much easier. I usually leave there feeling like I've been hit by a truck. This is apparently the norm. My back also felt a bit liberated. I'm very pleased. They are such hell to go through, but they do offer potential.

I just finished the last season of Pie in the Sky, which went out with a bang. after the tedium of much of Season 4, Season 5 was quite good.

I met the director, Hannah, last year when we were in "Laughing Stock" together. I think it's the first time that she's directed a show, but I think she's got some support, so it shouldn't be a train wreck.
