I went to my aaccount and found out I have 7 hours left on the book.

Turn the wifi off until you finish the book.

That's what I've been saying! :D

Happy Wednesday.

It's a wet one here in Oakland.

And in Tumwater.  It's been raining all morning...and I left my coat at home, but I'll be fine.  I have my umbrellas.  I actually have three umbrellas in my car.

Here are my library finds:

3 BOOKS;

YOUR ULTIMATE GUIDE TO STYLE ( I love to learn about style and fashion)
HOW TO BE RIGHT, BY GREG GUTFELD
OVERLOAD, BY JOYCE MEYER, ( I often am truly inspired by her)  I wish she would visit the Buffalo area.

BLURAY DVDS:

My wonderful Brother Kevin gifted us with a BLURAY for Christmas.

THE FOXCATCHER
AMERICAN SNIPER
THE BOY IN THE STRIPED PAJAMAS
THE JUDGE
CAKE
MY LEFT FOOT

Have any DR"S read or viewed any of these?

If so, I would like to hear your reviews and opinions!!!

Cake and Foxcatcher are depressing.

And we have not only reached our goal, we just went over it - we are now 107% funded thanks to a $1,000 producer perk being taken.  So, now we just need to keep going a little further and we'll have covered the Indiegogo fees and then if we go beyond that we can add a second keyboard player to the band and that would be incredible.

Great news.

Snuck in for the noon Lent service today and learned that a friend of mine had died. He had been suffering from Parkinson's disease for years, diagnosed just around the time he moved into his dream house with his wife. I knew this was coming, I know that his pain has ceased and yet it's left me sad.

It's quarter past one in the P.M.

It's a misting afternoon....the mist is so fine that it looks like fog.

And for whatever reason, I have a bit of sinus pressure and a touch of a headache associated with it.

Congrats to DR RLP on his millstone

There are good stones and bad stones
And curbstones and glad stones
And touchstones and such stones as them
[Such as them]

There are big stones and small stones
And grind stones and gall stones, but Millstones are a gem!

There are milestones, there are whet stones
There's a cherry, there's a yellow, there's a blue
But we don't want any old stone, only Millstones will do!
Moon stones, sun stones, we all scream for one stone
Our dear Millstone, we love you!

MILLSTONE!

I am back from Staples, and the lamp is not in stock.  It would take 7-10 days for delivery.  So, once i got home, I thought i'd check Amazon.  They had it, but they also had a great photo of the lamp base. Once I realized that I had lost a part of the base when the lamp collapsed, I went back tyo my work area. found the missing piece, repaired it and I'm back in business.

That's great!

It was 77 F here today.  Anyone who believes global warming is a joke can kiss my butt.

In 1974, I was in Manhattan for the St Patrick's Day weekend to catch the first week of CANDIDE at the Broadway Theatre. The entire weekend was freezing.

Then I'm beginning my Shakespeare marathon.

Mystified by the difficulty in finishing this song - I'm going to sketch out the rest of the lyric no matter how awful, and then fix it after a shower.

Good for Staples for not having the lamp in stock.   :)
