But wait! CVS now has their own store brand, same ingredients, etc., and their own 2-pack was on sale -- get this -- for the same price as a SINGLE pack of the name brand. Fifty percent, man. Can't beat it.

I can't blame them DR JANE, I am hoping we can find an indoor flagpole....but then I don't think it's necessarily proper flag etiquette to display an out of date flag.

I have looked at some different websites, but there is no definitive answer. Perhaps DR RLP knows.

When I directed "1776" back in 1976 (well, it seemed like a thing to do), I asked a teacher if her class might enjoy a project associated with the play. They created a cardboard standee (about 6 feet) of the eaglet hatching from the egg. We proudly displayed this standee, beautifully painted by the students, during our six performances. I kept it for a while but, well, it sort of fell into disrepair along the years and was gotten rid of.

Had I considered it at the time, I'd have asked that it be done in plywood so we could make it part of the external marquee for the play.

Good luck finding a way to display it without offending anyone. I wouldn't blame them either, not that I would be offended but I would think it odd to use it as a doily

We finished at 2:00; it was a 3-hour day. tomorrow and Saturday are 5-hour days.

David Lutken - who's amazing on folk instruments guitar, dulcimer, mandolin, and banjo - joined us. He's in Ring of Fire (I think) in Philadelphia, so he drove up for the day and he will join us on Monday morning for our run-through before the 2:00 reading. I promised him I'd have some new things to throw at him then. He is such a fantastic talent.

Ivy and Colin are really adorable children and too smart for their own good. I like the cast very much, and today we added their instruments.

I brought home my paper and learned my dance.....I don't know my lyrics yet....because I have to just pick it up rather than having a real teaching session....but I can work on it over the weekend.

Cool Cool Conservative (Considerate) Men - the dance is very inventive if a bit repetitive here and there.....but I know all about working with NON dancers.....
