Jose thank you for the vanilla links.  I will have to read them later.

That is really sad about Shelly Long.  I hope it isn’t true.

Our new vet is just great.  She examined Echo in the back of our SUV.  Now we have a couple of new medications.  Poor baby, Keith is giving her water in a little plate since she is lying down on the carpet.  We have been hand feeding her.  She doesn’t seem depressed anymore.

Is Echo allowed ice-cream Jane? We've found it is so much easier for the dogs to lick rather than to lap. The ice-cream helps when I"m depressed too. (Think I learnt that well before the "Golden Girls").
Magnus and Fosca send their best wishes to Echo.

a concert from the Internet that Audra McDonald did.  Click HERE to go to the NPR site that has the concert.  Sounds quite interesting and I LOVE Audra McDonald!

Thanks, George.  I'm enjoying this concert.  And yes, it includes works by certain three-named composers Audra has promoted in the past.

Tom!

Same with Humans; easier for them to lick than to lap!

Hmmmm....

What a lovely holiday we have had!  Wonderful posts....

TCB is getting ready for his opening night....and next week MATTH will be appearing locally....and to remind him as requested.....my choreography is being featured in MRS BOB CRATCHIT'S WILD CHRISTMAS BINGE which has a "pay what you can" preview on Wednesday and opens on Thursday!

MR BK did the Ronald Stein teen-angst music CD get put on the far back burner?  Haven't heard anything more about it, but since watching GHOST OF DRAGSTRIP HOLLOW a few weeks ago, I am reminded that he wrote some swinging tunes!

DVD - WHERE EAGLES DARE
CD - THE PATSY CLINE STORY
VCR - LAWRENCE OF ARABIA

I've now read the first three chapters of Writer's Block!

Btw, I'd be interested to hear what others thought of Harry Potter 3.  I definitely didn't enjoy it as much as #1 and 2.  It also didn't really seem to me that kids were enjoy this one as much as the others.

I asked this before, but can someone tell me who sings what on the cd that comes with BK's book.

I know Guy Haines.  And I'm assuming Tammy is the younger voice.

Also, BK did you ever think of recording the What Ifs for the cd?

Good Evening!

Before I forget, I just have to say the Full Moon tonight is simply stunning!  -At least my current view of it here from the Capitol of the Commonwealth of Virginia.  In any case...  It really is a beauty of a full moon.  Very bright, and since the sky is sort of cloudy, there's lots of "ambience" too.  I'm going to head out later, and experiment with the timer on my digital camera.

Good walk today through Carytown.  I made the usual stops, and I even cashed in two mug-fulls of spare change that had been accumulating in my room.  I "made" just shy of $20.00!  Not bad.

I spent part of the just-under-$20 on a bottle of Pepsi Holiday Spice.  Eh...  Whatever spice that has been added to the formula is very subtle - at least to my tastebuds.  In fact, it tastes more like Coco-Cola rather than Pepsi Whatever.  ;)  I was expecting it taste someting closer to glogg or one of those Mexican-style spicy sodas (tamarind, sangria, etc.)  Ah, well, live and learn.

I also picked up some dinner - Hot & Spicy Beef - from the Chinese place down the street, and now I'm just watching some TV, flipping channels.

-Stayed tuned for the news at 11:00...

Jennifer: Mr. Haines you know.  The other solos are Alet on the duet and the Leaving Home solo and Barbara Deutsch on I Hate You.  Tammy sings only in the Bus and Truck number.

Noel: I've written about the new book (s) in the notes - I'm going to write two concurrently, at least that's my plan.  One fiction, one non-fiction, and I haven't revealed what they're about yet.

Adults want to have fun too!
I'm a big kid AND I enjoyed it! LOL!

That's the only HP film I saw so i can't tell much! Very grim to me, that 3rd opus!

Of course "I can't do the sum". I didn't know Victor was redundant - news travels slowly to OZ. (by balloon rather than by twister)

I'm ahead of Jennifer.

Audra singing Unexpressed...  What a beautiful song John Bucchino has written.

Made some progress on the 11 o'clock number for Such Good Friends today, but I worry that I've already traversed an octave and a fifth.  This will severely limit the casting possibilities for my leading man.  Since acting is what I care about, primarily, I dread the day some great actors get eliminated from the running to play this part due to inability to hit certain notes.  Odd that every move you make brings up a whole new set of worries and anxieties.

Big news: The newest carpet is a keeper. I'm glad I didn't settle. This one looks quite warm and cheerful in the room. I bought a throw and cushion (both on Sale) to match it. (The old throw and cushion were garbage fodder anyway.) Now the office looks quite good.
I also bought some new speaker wires - on bk's advice - and my little system sounds MUCH better.

Jane - The Tahitian Blend is quite flavorful (and expensive -- I replaced the bottle, as I used up the last of it).

Hmmm, well DR Noel, now I am on page 70.  So are you still ahead? :)

BK, thanks for the info on the singers.  I really thought that had to be Tammy in the duet!

Oh and one good thing about the book is that it isn't hard to get into.  And I don't want to put it down.

Although I also don't want to finish it all today.
