As expected, the Koch recording is dreadful in just about every way, with a final movement that is a minute and twenty seconds LONGER than the Bernstein and a minute longer than the Jarvi - dynamics are, of course, distant and all over the place. Terrible. So, of these, the Jarvi is the smoothest and perhaps technically the best played, but in the end the Bernstein, while certainly not fun, captures the spirit of the piece best, save for the opening minute or so. That's the one to get until someone does one that's absolutely perfect, which will probably occur on the twelfth of never.
