Larry, I'm so sorry about the value of the property. We saw so much of this during the Financial Crisis of 2008. It's heartbreaking.

Vibes that things turn around soon.

I was hoping TCB would post this morning and let us all know how he's doing.

I woke up coughing during the night. Since sinus seemed to be the culprit I took Sambucol and it cleared it right up. There are times when it's just amazing.

DR Elmore, that sure was some stinky news.

But land is land, and last I heard, they still aren't making any more of it, so I'd agree that now is the time TO sit on it and wait for that area to become of value again to the developers.

I agree, at this point it is best to wait it out.  Can you get the taxes reduced to reflect the current value?

We're investigating.

Last night Jane asked whether I liked FLORENCE FOSTER JENKINS. It was OK. Not a fave. I think I would have preferred a more serious treatment of the tragedies of her life.

I asked because I was just ok with it.

Dancing went well this morning. I can always do better but I was fine with the results.

Larry, your story sounds like A Thousand Acres, a mix of Midwest and Shakespeare. I say novelize it.

Today, I have no specific plans, although my friend Margo asked if I wanted to go to a movie.  I probably will.

Well, it turns out that we're not going a movie, but two movies.  We're going to see "Lion" and then "Moonlight."  We'll meet for dinner probably around 3:00 so that we can get to the first movie at 4:30.

I just looked over Rupert Holmes' credits and found I had never known the amazing scope of his activities.

Including Remember WENN -- I didn't see a lot of episodes but I know I was enchanted with the show, and it has steadfastly refused to appear on home video.

I LOVED Remember WENN!  I keep wishing that it'll be released on DVD someday.

DR Elmore, AK Steel is about to open their new research facility not far from your property, so I hope that creates some renewed interest in the area.

I just sent Randy an email saying we should hold onto it  till the prce goe4s to at least $75,000/acre.

Thanks, Vixmom!  Still not quite over it all, yet, but it's been a better morning than I've had in a while. :)

I love that novel!   I have never seen the film, but the book is amazing.  Yes, I've lived King Lear for many years.  Je suis Cordelia.

OK, Cordelia. Could be a juicy section of those memoirs.

Have a good day, all!

The reviews on the movie weren't very good.  I never read the book, too close to home.  Maybe I will read it now.

Had the conversation with Muse Margaret, we made the final fixes, then I entered them into the manuscript and made a new PDF.  Then I sent it off to two of the proofers.  After that I went to Staples and had them make two hard copies and while they were doing that I had an omelet and an English muffin.
