Yesterday I went to my younger niece's swim meet. She just joined the swim team this year (like her big sis). She did so well. She is only 7 but has to swim with/against 8 year olds (which is a big difference at that age). She came in 4th in all 3 of her races. She was such a champ. Her expertise is the backstroke. Reading is done - no surprises for me - it went exactly as I knew it would and the reaction was also just as I knew it would be so I took lots of notes, will type them up, and then make them positive things for the authors to think about.

Perhaps you can call them and tell them what happened and your seat and they can have a note at the box office so you have no issues getting in

Poor Joshie the Cat was sick and I didn't know it. He had a visit to the vet today and got some fluids. He is 15, by the way. We are hoping the tests show that it is his thyroid.

Tomorrow I will roast a turkey so I'll have some nice mushy turkey and gravy to eat for a few weeks. I am having my second round of oral surgery on Wednesday. I hope they let me sleep through it like last time.
