Was just about to post the Erin Moran news. I worked with her when she was really young when I did the two Happy Days episodes those first two seasons. She was a very sweet girl back then. I know in her later years she was very troubled.

Pain moves. As the muscles relax in one area the tightness often goes elsewhere. That has been my experience many times. I've discussed it with my osteopaths, and they have seen it, too. However, pain that moves is better than pain that is stuck. Movement, frustrating as it is, is actually a good sign. It should keep moving and move OUT entirely. That's the hope!

BTW, the acupuncturist put a topical muscle relaxer on my back yesterday. It's not one I've used. It has a smell, but not unpleasant. It did seem to help. I plan to ask her about it, as I like to know about everything that may help. If I can find a source for it I'll pass that information on. I suspect it's a Chinese product.

I will be interested. I used to have one from a massage therapist that helped, when I used it.
