The assistant to the doctor yesterday suggested I try Aleve, not Advil, before going to bed. I did, and I slept really well for the first time in a long time.

Annabelle has a new trick with her dry food, which is a mix of Meow Mix Seafood, Meow Mix regular, and Rachel Ray: if she doesn't like it, she moves it from her dish and leaves it on the mat. The mat is covered with dry food. I guess the search is on for a new dry food.

My choice for NYC Mayor did not win. The Democrat on the ballot is our current mayor, who won, but I am not much of a fan. I was happy about the national Democrat wins, and I hope it will stir the GOP into reconsidering their protection of the POS squatting in the Oval Office.

Cable guy's coming out this afternoon to look at everything (I think our boxes have to be upgraded, plus they think we've stopped getting the full signal at the house that we should be getting), and the insurance adjustor's coming out tomorrow morning. That was supposed to have been last Sunday, but that didn't work for any of us so we rescheduled.

EXPRESSO BONGO is one weird movie.....I was always intrigued when I read the credit that it was based on a play.....so I am very excited to have the cast album! Plus the Cliff Richard songs!!

I am reading a Paul McCartney bio, so Richard and many of his contemporaries are mentioned in passiing....Billy Fury, Rory Storm, Marty Wilde, etc......

My question for ASK BK DAY:

Do you think your current home will be rented out again, or do you think the owners will sell for a tear down to put up a new house that looks like a dentist's office? (We didn't get a photo of the replacement for the Annette house yet....)

Do you have any see-lebrity neighbors in your new neck of the woods? {I forget where you said you were moving....)
