Well, it happened again.  I'd stopped at the supermarket for three (3) items yesterday afternoon, and a fourth magically appeared in my basket as I was checking out.  It was a small bag containing three attractive little doughnuts.  So this morning I am doing the honorable thing by them, and I'm already on my second cup of good black coffee.

It always pays to do the honorable thing.

Good morning, good day, how are you this beautiful day?  I've been up since seven-fifteen - about five hours of sleep.  I packed up all the computer stuff and a bunch of other stuff before bed.  I arrived at the new house at eight and the Spectrum Man arrived at nine - Grant was here and showed him the lay of the land.  He did his thing and I'm happy to say I am writing this post from the new house.

Hmm.  Just learned that a show I'd agreed to play is no longer Beauty and the Beast, but The Addams Family.

Which I know nothing about.  Any good?

Or dare I ask?  Is this one that BK more or less suffered through not long ago?  Unless that was for other reasons.

DR Amy until our Ashland home, were we had one month free with the option to rent 2 more months, we were always out by the day we received the check.

The lawyer we used in Massachusetts neglected to mention the tradition of the check not arriving for many hours after the final check was received.  We still had to be out of the house yet the bank needed time to process the check. I needed to drive to Pennsylvania in the morning and knew I would be too exhausted to do this in the afternoon.  This time Keith did not back up my explosion at the lawyer when I demanded he have that check ready for us.

I showed everyone I was right, at least Keith since the lawyer never knew, and fell asleep while driving to Pennsylvania.  Thankfully Keith noticed my erratic driving in time and pulled got my attention.  We both pulled off the side of the road and then went to the first rest stop so I could nap and inhaled Pepsi and chocolate.

The Animal Project is bringing over a sturdy cage so that Thatch can have a safe place with more room than his carrier to join us in the living area today.

Good luck.  I hope he begins to appreciate Annabelle.

Fortunately there is not a Cheesecake Factory near me.  The only one in Washington I have eaten at is in Bellevue, about 15 minutes from the Second Story Repertory where we hope to see THE LAST STARFIGHTER.  Oh, and the food was very good.

I just spent 30 minutes with Thatch.  I released him from his carrier, he drank a lot of water, and then we played with a string toy.  He jumped about chasing it and it was good to let him stretch his legs.  I hate keeping him in that carrier and I hope the cage arrives soon.

Annabelle is running about the apartment, in and out of the paper bag, and she's devised this method of running and jumping into her amazon box and letting it slide across the wood floor with her in it.

Rebecca and I had a lovely lunch at Bravo, followed by coffee at Starbuck's in the nearby Barnes & Noble.

And, wonder of wonders, miracle of miracles, I had a call while I was driving home from the new Medicaid specialist at Mom's retirement community.  I called her back as soon as I got here - she answered the question I needed answered on August 22 and October 11 and withstood some venting on my part.  That's what she's paid the big bucks for...

One day late, but:

Happy 50th Anniversary to the first stereo LP releases!

That's very interesting!  I wonder how the two-armed binaural record sounds compared to an actual stereophonic record.
