Keith found a ton of birthday wishes on Facebook that I did not see on my tablet. I used his iPad to read them and respond.

It's been far, far too long since I last dropped by, but LinkedIn gave me the news, and I wanted to pop in and wish Bruce the happiest of birthdays. Biz a hundret un tvantzik, as they said in the old country!

I gave up on thinking Imelda Staunton was an actress after seeing GYPSY.....talk about playing the end from the beginning....or maybe I just wanted it to end.  Her eyerolling and denture clacking were wondrous to behold.

And Rose should have SOME kind of sex appeal, otherwise why is Herbie hanging around....with Staunton as Rose, you had to wonder if he was in love with Louise or June or one of the boys.....

And I am home.  I think the procedure went well, but I do not know if or when I will feel any effects from it.  My friend Chris [ocked me up and brought me home and we had some breakfast on the way.

I've caught Thatch and taken care of his eyes, but I am beginning to wonder if the Erythromycin is taking care of anything  His eyes seem crusted over more than ever this morning.  I've sent his vet an email.

A very late one for me, as it’s been a hellish morning of crappy weather forecasts and a rush to getting into the car place for a changeover to the snow tires.  And that’s where I am now, probably for the next couple of hours.  Tomorrow’s weather is throwing a wrench into everything, with our first snowstorm and a sold out house tomorrow evening, and so much more... .  oy oy oy

Glad to hear DR Elmore’s procedure is behind him!

And continued good luck with those two patients of yours.  Sorry to hear Thatch’s eyes are so up and down.

Loved the notes on Follies. Too many directors just don’t get it.

Back from the car place, where they got me in and out in record time, bless their little pea pickin' hearts.

Now I must put the all-season tires away and put away some other stuff in the garage so I'll be able to get the car in there for tomorrow.

Topic of the Day:  right now, I'm listening to disc 2 of "THE RED SHOES: Music from the Golden Age of British Cinema."  I listened to disc 1 yesterday.  Very enjoyable!

Friday afternoon greetings!  I was outta here before 9 this morning to attend this month’s art journaling class in Centerville.  Hadn’t been since July and it was nice to see the ladies and get painty.
