Watching This Land Is Mine, a WWII drama from Jean Renoir with Charles Laughton and Maureen O’Hara. The two actors also did Hunchback of Notre Dame and Jamaica Inn. Anything else?

Very sad. Nanette Fabray has died. She was 97.

I love her voice. She was great in the Make a Wish recording. And her version of Mr. Right from Love Life is perfection.

I've never paid much attention to the lists of added Netflix titles, for some reason. I just search for what I want and if they have it, I watch it. If not, I don't.

This Land Is Mine is a very powerful movie. Knowing it was made while World War II was still going on makes it even more potent.
