I made roasted Brussels sprouts the other day , cleaned and halved them then tossed with a little olive oil, and some Penzeys FoxPoint seasoning and roasted at 350 , I also roasted some parsnips sliced into medallions , tossed with olive oil and some Penzeys Sunny Paris seasoning, and also some sliced eggplant seasoned with granulated garlic and Italian Seasoning.
Tonight I made chicken quessadillas
We had the Brussels sprouts with some sautéed chicken breast and the parsnips and mushrooms for dinner on Tuesday.There were some Brussels sprouts left over and I just found them and ate a couple cold, they were even better that way
