It's a movie starring John Cho about when his daughter goes missing. The conceit of the movie is that everything you see is on electronic devices. All of the dialogue between characters are through their phones or on computers. I think it was very well done.

I don't know if he's been there since the beginning (there have been a few changes), but he's at least been part of the band for quite a while.
