I just made an egg sandwich. Kind of. When you cook something and are still making up your mind what it should be, as you're cooking it, the result is rarely a rousing success. But since you can't go too wrong with a couple of eggs and some toast, this was okay.
I toasted two slices of bread, fried two eggs, and decided to lay the toast on the plate and put the eggs on top. First off, I accidentally broke one yolk, so right there the project was compromised. But I went ahead with it. The end result was a little dry. But I hadn't even thought of adding cheese or, literally, anything else, so whaddaya expect. It still gets the job done.
