I know there are at least three pending Amazon reviews for the new book - they have really become insufferable. They're still behind on the ones I've written. It took seven days to get the majority of them up, but there's still four to go and those are all two days ago.

Actually, it wasn't. And it wasn't a real training, per se...it was more of a meeting between the staff and consessionaires. Those of us who were there just sat with a couple of the front-of-house staff, one of whom was the volunteer coordinator, and they went through the existing document of procedures, and we all talked about what we really do, and what we should do, and what changes should be made, and what changes can be made. It was fun and informative and helpful to all of us.
