MEGA VIBES FOR THE LAST HOURS OF THE INDIEGOGO CAMPAIGN!
Happy Birthday, Ron P.We miss you around here. I always enjoyed your Christmas trips home and the reports you would give. I was hoping we'd get reports once you moved home.
Rehearsal was a little rough, but fun, and the play reading went really well, actually. It played much better than it read, but then I don't much like reading plays.
Also finished an excellent book called Stoner by John Williams. It started out a little depressing, but the book proved quite surprising. Very touching tale of a man leading a life of largely of quiet desperation yet filled with those moments that make a life worth living.
Yes, 220%!!!
Jane, I'm reading a book that may interest you. It's DYNAMIC AGING by Katy Bowman. I was interested in her book KATY SAYS, but it was out of print at that time and I couldn't find an affordable copy. That book is now back in print, but DYNAMIC AGING is really more what I was looking for. According to Ms Bowman, even people who get a lot of exercise aren't really getting enough. She makes a distinction between exercise and movement, and feels we all need to move more. She also says we need to move differently--not just the same exercise over and over. She recommends a series of stretches that look quite easy, but work areas of our bodies that tend to be underexercised. I just started the book, so I can't report of progress one way or another. But I'm certainly anxious to give it a try.
