DR George thanks for the tip.  Where do I find out if I have other library options in Washington?  At some point I will not be able to renew my Ashland card.

It looks like each library district individually establishes reciprocal agreements with other library districts.  So for instance, I'm able to get a Pierce County Library card, a Seattle Public Library card, and a Puyallup Public Library card, among others.  If you search your home library's name and something like "reciprocal agreements," you might find out which (if any) other libraries your specific library district has agreements with.

Thanks.  I found the following list:
Camas Public Library
Cathlamet Public Library
Clackamas County Libraries
Hood River County Library District
Kalama Public Library
Kelso Public Library
King County Library System
Longview Public Library
Multnomah County Library
North Olympic Library System
Pierce County Library
Sno-Isle Libraries
Timberland Regional Library
Washington County Cooperative Library Services
Yakima Valley Libraries

Nice!  That looks like more than what Timberland has.

I didn't expect it to cover such a wide area of libraries.

Thank you, DRs JRand, ChasSmith, and Jane.  We did some errands, picked up my prescription, and had dinner at Cracker Barrel.

In Ohio, any resident of the state can get a library card from any public library in the state.

I think that that might be the case for Timberland, but the particular list that I happened to see just might not have been complete.

If I get a card at the Camus library I can sign into Washington Anytime Library https://anytime.overdrive.com/account/ozone/sign-in?forward=%2F&showIdcSignUp=false

There is a list of libraries that offer this option.

Without sign in info I couldn't see how many books I can hold.  DR George can you get into this site?

Right now, I only have a card for Timberland and an online card for Pierce County.  Neither of those is available in the dropdown box, so I can't log in, either. :-\

Too bad.  I couldn't find anything regarding the Pierce OverDrive options.  I guess I have to get a card first.  Not today.

I like that. For people who live outside Bexar County but work, say,  in downtown San Antonio, it's $25 a year for a library card.

I'm back to the Peckinpah documentary. I love Jason Robards reading Peckinpah's letters.

Back from an evening of dancing. I taught a woman how to do basic rumba and cha-cha steps. She caught on quickly.  I found out she's a retired drill sergeant. Doing formations are natural to her.

The good news on the tires is that there's a $70 rebate, which I could apply for online. That's 10% of the total. Plus, I got 3% cash back through Rakuten. And the tires were on sale, so while I paid too much, I could have paid more.

I did it online and it was pretty easy.  I just had to wait a few hours to get my new library card number.  Once I got that in my e-mail, I was almost instantly able to check out items.

I won the online lottery for Aladdin Saturday.  I had never seen it.  I enjoyed it very much. I had a box seat so I did miss any action on the right of the stage, but for $33 I guess I couldn't complain.

Saw Kristin Chenoweth on Saturday night.  She had many guests, none of whom I had heard of.  They were all good.

Loved the "Hello Gorgeous" exhibit.  I had seen a similar one in Hollywood several years ago , but it was fun to see the costumes and other memorabilia from Ms. Streisand's career.
