Back from rehearsal. Ran act one and ran act one to the end of scene one all over again. But the first hour of rehearsal was getting everyone acclimated to our real stage space and the bones of our set. I had to adjust a bunch of blocking because our stage is wider and roomier. That all took time. But it's getting there and everything looks very good.

I made the first DVD of The King and I from the file that I was able to download, and the sound on the finished DVD was off!

It starts out fine, but as it goes through the show, it's like the sound slows down just a tiny bit so that by the end of the show, the sound is off by more than a second from the video.
