How old is Taj Mahal, George? I love his music.

Didn’t know about the Cole Porter letters book. May have to investigate.

There’s a letter from Cole Porter on sale on amazon for $990. They line says there’s only one left in stock. Seems odd. Who bought the others?

Thursday morning greetings!  I was E & T yesterday because it was my first day of freedom after my 5-day post-cath R & R.  Had an early coffee date with Rebecca that lasted until noon, came home for lunch and a nap, then went to an early evening geology lecture at the library where my career started.  I was kind of wiped out, but woke up early this morning.  There's probably another afternoon nap on the horizon before tonight's book group meeting.

Been listening to Julie Andrews’ Home Work. Like her close personal friend, Stephen Sondheim, Julie doesn’t like the “lark who is learning to pray” lyric.

Most important worthless fact I have learned so far today: Stacey Abrams, who ran for Georgia governor, is also the author of romantic suspense novels under the pen name Selena Montgomery.

George!  Why aren’t you asleep?

Actually, I was, but it wasn't exactly planned, so it looked like I was still here. ::)

And this has been new:  Does anyone else get this on their computers - that Spell Check wants to correct "vixmom" as "victim".

And I am home from City Center!  On the way, I stopped at the 68th Street post office and mailed the choral piece to Los Angeles.  Unless Joshie has work for me on Monday, I am finished helping him with My Fair Lady.  His priority tomorrow and part of Saturday is to get the finished numbers printed and taped for delivery to Syracuse (I think that's the city!).  If he can get to "Without You" or "I've Grown Accustomed To Her Face" by Monday, I'll go in and proofread them.  He's doing beautiful work.
