I can only say that none were ever presented to me by either company during the past 11 years that I have been involved in Mr. Sondheim’s matters, and they would have been submitted for authorization by both publishers in the ordinary course of events.

(and it goes on). but he is saying that I can't be right about ever dealing with Sean (who handled after "Follies") or Arminda Trevino (who handled "Company" and "Follies")

But as I see, there is new Warner Chappell rep (Kurt Deutsch had around 2017 or so replaced Sean Patrick Flahaven, who knew me well in a very positive light, even knew "Last Starfighter," from the period where all was riding very high for me and the LLC, before the inexplicable Jack stuff happened May 2013).

and it seems that under this rep, or maybe his staff, copyright claims it seems even though there was prior approval, and I guess he did not know there had been prior approval back in 2009 or 2010...
