The kitties are learning how to climb the fence. They get about halfway up and sort of run/fall/scramble down.

Cute.

And I have to work when I could be watching preciousness at play.

Sorry.

DR CHAS SMITH there's a mail place in Studio City that handles Amazon returns quickly if you want to do it in person.

Before going to Safeway we drove down the road to the drive through car wash.  We drove up, handed over a pre-paid sticker, and went on through.  It was a pleasantly short stop.

Food came and is now in my stomach.  I did Jack in the Box, just for fun and low dough.  I had the only things I like there - breakfast Jack and two of their weird taco things, along with a few onion rings.  Pretty fun.

Oh, be careful.  Watching playful kittens is an addiction.

Yesterday, I got their loaded Tiny Tacos.  I really like them...not healthy at all, but it's not like I'm living on them. ;)

Still can't find soft soap or anything like it.  I do have bar soap so that will do for now.

I have one smallish bottle for my downstairs powder room and I got a couple of bottles of foaming hand soap at Trader Joe's last year.  It's all still plenty for me.

In today's exciting news, I just submitted my request for an Amazon return! -- for which the site told me I don't even have to return the item, the refund is on its way back to my card. Mind you, that was nearly ten minutes ago and I haven't received the confirming email. So, we'll see.

Oh. I didn't tell you dear readers what this exciting item is.

Vacuum cleaner bags.

Yes, you read that right. Vacuum cleaner bags. A generic replacement for Sears bags that, in spite of the product number for both the bags and the machine matching up, along with every other element of the description, these are actually about twice the width of the originals. So forget it. I'll pay the damned money for the right product.

That happened to me last year!  I bought two different sized crank handles for my skylight because I didn't know which size would fit, and they were cheap enough to get two.  One of them fit perfectly, and I went to return the other one (I didn't even open that one, the first one I tried was the one that fit), and I instantly got notice that I would get my refund and I DIDN'T have to return the item.  I even still have it.  That's the only time that I didn't have to actually return something.

Friends who have been ready to ignore the virus invited me out to dinner Friday. I said I wasn’t open yet.

I need to take a shower, so I shall.  Then, I'm going to Red Wagon for one of their totally delish burgers.  They're really good. ;D

My family just pulled into the driveway. I passed a dozen homemade rolls through the window and a box of blocks. They handed me a cassava cake.

SOLD.

And what BK had, too. Just set it all down in front of me.

Haven’t had Jack-in-the-Box in over thirty years.

I ordered some cloth masks from someplace in California.....and they have already been shipped.  Much nicer than the paper ones I have been wearing.....and washable.....

I expect them to be here Thursday or Friday.

Someone in our building has their grandchild over, or some child.  Every time I go outside I can hear the kid screeching.

Are you doing some kind of video chatting with him? My friends with out of town grandchildren have always video chatted with them.

Gasoline is now $1.30 per gallon in my neck of the woods.

That's about what it is here.
