Well, you've read the notes, the notes were slightly better and I took them, and now it is time for you to post until the slightly better cows come home.

TCB I did think you were looking for a bit older cat, or for a pair that need to be kept together.

Topic of the Day:  the first movie that came to mind was My Favorite Year.  I love this movie!

Well, I'm going to go to bed now.  Today, we're all going to visit with my mom and probably eat something.

Good night, Jane, and have a good day, all.

DR George, yesterday when you posted about your father's situation, I wanted to post that I hoped his passing would be swift and painless as possible, but I felt I was the gun.  I was saddened to read this morning that he has passed, but I'm so happ[y for all of you that it was so quick.  Watching my mother linger for days was hell.

So . . . I send my sympathy and condolences to you and all your family.  Keep us posted opn how you are.

I slept oddly last night.  Annabelle took one of my pillows and Thatch took up half of the bed.  Every turn was a negotiation between Scylla and Charybdis.

I had this really strange dream, which seemed to be somewhere between the 16th and 20th centuries.  At one point everyone was in Elizabethan clothing and in the next they wore 20th century clothes.  Everything seemed to take place in and around myt Aunt Jean's house in Hamilton, OH, and Wilson Elementary School in Middletown, OH.  My goddaughter Charlotte was peripherally in it since I was trying to call her about the cute young man mowing this lawn, then I was at my aunt's to get a new blue and white striped shirt, then I was in this council room for a vote - and everyone was dressed in Elizabethan costume.  Someone had died, and a vote was going to happen.  A pitcher containing the dead person's blood was passed around and his enemies were pouring some of it into their wine.  I passed.

After kitty cleanup I must go down to the lobby and cart up 40 lbs of kitty litter and pick up yesterday's mail.  I want to spend a big part of the day making a list of literary agents for the A&T book submissions.

I just checked the NY Stater Dept of Labor site, DR ChasSmith.  Those three payments from the government for August are all being released today.  They should land in my account tomorrow.
