I have never heard that but I do know it takes me awhile to feel normal again. I am correct you haven't needed pain meds? That is a bonus as they keep one groggy and sleepless.

Also did a quick Gelson's run for more honey crisp apples and tiny bit of spicy thai noodles - that took me up to 950 calories.
