And Paws Off Xylitol; It's Dangerous for Dogs!

This sugar substitute, found in some human foods and dental products, can be poisonous to your dog.

And lower in the article is says this:

A note to cat and ferret owners: Xylitol does not seem to be as dangerous for cats and other pets. Cats appear to be spared, at least in part, by their disdain for sweets. Ferret owners, however, should be careful, as ferrets have been known to develop low blood sugar and seizures, like dogs, after eating products containing xylitol.

Matthew (and anyone else interested), did you know that ALW started to write a version of Aspects of Love in the early 1980s with Tim Rice? When that didn't happen, Trevor Nunn wrote some lyrics, and a couple of YouTube videos are out there:

"I Don't Talk to Strangers," with lyrics by Tim Rice (this was an actual released recording)

"Married Man," with Trevor Nunn lyrics, performed live on The Merv Griffin Show

When THAT didn't happen, most of the music went into the version of The Phantom of the Opera that everyone now knows (plus a little Fanciulla del West.

What details would you like? She was a stray that was brought to Animal Rescue, because they are the largest no-kill shelter in Washington. She was already fixed when she was found. The first place that found her named her Sasha. I like the name, so I guess I will keep it.
