Voldemort is basically a middle school girl: he has a locket, a diary, a tiara, a ring, and is completely obsessed with a teenage boy.

And if anyone's interested, the London production of Kinky Boots that showed in movie theaters and on PBS is now streaming on YouTube for 48 hours only!

Just got the December issue of Gramophone. And in a timely coincidence, the title article is all about...  The Art of Operetta!

Very nice, DR George.

And how does it smell?  :)

Fortunately, it just has an old book smell, not really musty at all, and certainly not a moldy smell!

Wonderful :)

I am glad DR Chas asked the question I wanted an answer to :)

Since I had some spare time left over after making the train out of snow, I made this 25-foot tree out of pink flamingo lawn ornaments.

I like the flamingo tree. I'd put that up in my yard.

Went to Gelson's and got a chicken Caesar for food, which I'm eating whilst finishing up Lucia di Lammermoor.  I didn't realize how old it was, so not quite my cuppa tea, music-wise, but I have recognized several tunes and it's not unpleasant.

My boss called me into his office today and handed me an envelope for going to work yesterday, I protested saying I was already paid for coming to work and he replied 5bat he thought it was unfair that I was the only one who showed up and he just wanted to show his appreciation for my dedication.
