MEGA congrats to DR George on paying off his mortgage!

I know you want to save for your next car, but IF you need a new (to you) car before then your car payment would be quite a bit less than your mortgage payment, yes?

Vibes to DR John G's sister Linda and her husband, Mike.

There have been some articles in the alternative press about how to treat Covid naturopathically. The ones I've seen are in the online magazine Vitality, which is based in Canada. The recommendations often include vitamin D3, vitamin C, quercetin, astragalus, vitamin A. There are quite a few anti-viral herbs, actually. Many people are low in Vitamin D and benefit from supplementation in general. This approach can be used for prevention as well as treatment of an existing condition.

I hope Linda and Mike find an approach they feel comfortable with and meet with success!

I saw my osteopath yesterday. I had scheduled an appointment -- a much-needed appointment -- for late July, knowing he'd be going on vacation in August, but one of the nurses died and Cedars cancelled ALL appointments at the very last minute. (I find this a strange reaction.) It was six weeks until he had another opening, which was yesterday. Needless to say, we had a LOT to talk about and talked a mile a minute. Even so it took almost an hour for what was scheduled as a 20-minute appointment. Twenty minutes is never enough. I'm a senior with multiple chronic conditions and the vitals-taking from the nurse takes 7.5 minutes. I hope his next patient wasn't waiting long!

We have been doing D & C, and getting enough A from food.  Still, if I were unvaccinated and got covid I would find out if I qualified for monoclonal antibody therapy before it was too late to receive it.

I am sorry you had to wait so long for your appointment.

Keith's cousin had plans to fly up and visit us on Tuesday.  She and her boyfriend were then going to drive along the Oregon coast.

I knew covid was bad in the places we had planned to visit in Oregon, and the reason we have not rescheduled our trip now that we have a car.

I am sorry, DR Jane. But I think it is probably for the best at the moment.

We agreed with her decision and were half expecting it.  The big surprise was how bad it is in Bandon.

Watched a motion picture that tied into today's notes, did a quick Gelson's run and got some creamy tomato soup from the soup bar, and a few other little items, now listening to music.
