Well, you've read the notes, the notes had the Spice, and now it is time for you to post until the spicy cows come home.

Highlights of 2021 including visiting my family back East this past summer, getting my department at work fully staffed, and finally doing something about my weight.

10 hours ofd sleep is way too much. I was so tired last night that I was in bed by 8:30. I slept well until 3:30, and then I slept fitfully until 5:45, when I decided emough was enough.

It's been a rather lousy morning. The leg pains are so horrible I cannot strand comfortably, so I rush to accomplish things to take care of them before the pain takes over. As a result, I pulled the wrong cans of breakfast for the babies, and two cats refused to eat. After I had rested for a moment, O found the tuna and opened two cans for Thatch and Annabelle but only Thatch deigned to eat. Stella ate everything.

I guess that leads to the TOD, and I guess the highlight was DR ChasSmith's visit and lunch with him and Michael Gildin. I do not think I've experienced anything else positive this year. My current prayer is, please, God, either cure me or kill me; just take from from this current hell. And that's enough self-pity for today.

I need to spend the morning looking at the score to Eubie Blake's Shuffle Along. I have a Zoom meeting at 1:30.

I have some shopping & banking to do.

Later this afternoon we have the appraiser coming for both houses....so we shall see.

The little house is really quite cute.....needs a GOOD cleaning.  But the renters did their best.  They have lived there nine years, so a cleaning & painting was in order anyway.

623 Rose Lane 46158

If anyone wants to check out some photos.....putting it in the Google search bar brings up some on Zillow or Redfern.

The main house is at 56 Hadley Woodland 46158 if anyone wants to check it out.

I have never been a big goal setter because I find the journey gets dull and duller, but I did make my way through the soup cookbook i read a couple of novels on my most wanted list, including Lawrence’s The Rainbow and more Edith Wharton. I tried more in the kitchen.
