Starting to watch The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent in which Nicolas Cage plays an actor named Nick Cage. The start is funny.

We were told that the opening act would start at 7:10, play for about 45 minutes, then there'd be a 20 minute intermission, then the performance of Hedwig without an additional intermission.

The opening act tonight only played about 35 minutes, then there was only a 15 minute intermission, but the show itself ran a full 2 hours.

I enjoyed it...but didn't love it.  All the performers were really good, but the show itself just didn't grab me like it seemed to grab everyone else.

Reaction from the test script was great and so we're going to forge ahead with a new web series. I think the plan is to shoot in late September in New York.

Yitzhak only has one song and some lines, otherwise just sings backup.  It's entire Hedwig's show.

The actor playing Hedwig was very good.  The entire production was very good, too.
