And now I am going to embarrass myself by saying that even though I have read through everybody's lists of favorite Sondheim songs, I still have to say that, aside from two songs that JRand54 listed...Comedy Tonight and Send in the Clowns...I evidently don't know from Sondheim  :-\

I am sure that comes as no surprise to some! LOL!

I've tried, George.  God knows I have tried!

I belong to the Sondheim e-mail listserv and someone posted a link with pictures of the Sondheim Celebration at the Hollywood Bowl.  Click HERE to see the pictures.  The only problems are that they list the song that Carol Burnett and Eric McCormack as "I'm Not Getting Married Today" (it's "Getting Married Today") AND they incorrectly identify Len Cariou as James Barbour!  The song title I can understand...it's actually a prominant line within the song, but how could they get Len Cariou's name wrong?? :P

JRand is correct...in the 1990s I was big into autograph collecting and I sent 8X10 photos out to many of my favorite stars and was pleased to get many back personally signed!!

Here is one I think Elmore3003 will appreciate...Myrna Loy

I have a few autographs...see the Laurel Massé autograph that I posted earlier today!  (Again, THANK YOU JOSE!!)  But I don't have a lot.  I do have autographs of all the other members of The Manhattan Transfer, but I got them on eBay.  I've never met them in person, just seen them in concert.

Well, I must be going.  I have places to go, people to see, things to do.  And in a couple of hours, I have to help my sister with some projects around her house...putting up towel bars and mirrors, going to Home Depot and getting other things for her "ideas" (which are usually very good), things like that.  But I said that I'd help, so help I must.  Be back later!

As you can see you do not need to ask my twice to show off my autograph collection! LOL!

And to stop the rumor that I only wrote to elderly people, here is a treasured autograph of my favorite current day actor, Matt Battaglia!

Well folks in my never ending search for everything Bruce Kimmel I came across three alternate covers for some of Michelle Nicastro recordings.

For Toonful I came across a German release and I believe Korean (At least I found it on a Korean website)

And one for Reel Imagination from a Chinese website

First Nudie Musical where they give top billing to Ron Howard!

As DRMATTH wrote - Battaglia is back on QAF - unfortunately all of the regulars characters are also still on it.

The regulars have been with their roles for five years and I couldn't imagine anyone else with those parts. They are also better actors than they've been given credit for.

I'm back and Kritzerland now has a bank account.  Whew!

Those Nicastro covers were originally done for Japanese releases, and then they were, if I remember correctly, licensed to a Chinese label who loved her.

There were interesting alternate covers for my Fred Karlin movie jazz album, for Sax and Violence, and a really interesting cover for Titanic.

I am off to the Ville of Wilson to eat hamburgers and see the movie BEWITCHED. I am gonna take some of my DVDs that I had planned to watch this weekend and see if I can talk Mark and James into watching one of them...not any of the Bollywoods, however...I fear I would be banned from the apartment if I arrived with anything like that...I think I need new friends.

MONK - such wonderful Season 2 episodes. I am thoroughly enjoying seeing them again in much better quality (widescreen anamorphic) than they were originally broadcast.
