Back from a couple of dance classes. New people. Who had never danced before. One couple picked up things quickly. The other needs to move, but both had fun.

Here’s hoping your audience revives, George.

But they're a deader audience than we've had...and that's not good.

One thing this movie has going for it is Dinah Washington on the soundtrack. I love her voice. Second only to Ella.

Thanks, John.  My favorite line did wake them up and they did laugh, so there's hope. ;)

Voldemort is basically a middle school girl: he has a locket, a diary, a tiara, a ring, and is completely obsessed with a teenage boy.

So it's not quite as dour as I thought it would be...and they seem to be in good spirits during intermission.

Finished with my viewing. Ironically, watched the same movie JohnG did, but had a completely opposite reaction to it - I loved every second of it, especially the performances and the score and the fact that there's not one shot of CGI in this movie. As to the scene in question, the character deserved it and more, in my opinion. I'll talk about it more in the notes - JohnG may want to skip it or maybe he'll enjoy hearing the why of why it captured me so much.

Where's George - and I don't want to hear about falling asleep or eating or rabbit holes.
